Viewsonic has released a smartphone to follow-up its class of tablets with the Viewsonic Viewpad 4. The smartphone runs on Android 2.2 and features a WVGA touch screen. The device runs on a Qualcomm 1GHz MSM8255 processor and also has a 5MP autofocus camera which can record videos at 720p HD.
Additionally, footage can be played back through the included HDMI output. Other specs include Bluetooth 2.1, WiFi and GPS/A-GPS. The Viewpad 4 is reportedly set to come out by the first half of the year with pricing yet to be announced.
