Making your own fast food is not as easy as you may think and the humble chicken nugget is no different, first of all, you need some serious machinery that can separate the meat from the bone, it has to be soaked in ammonia, artificially flavoured and then you end up with this pink goo.
Now you have to add a bit of colour to make this more palatable, cover with breadcrumbs or batter and then cook to perfection, I will never look a chicken nugget in the same way again!
