Mac How To: How to speed up a macbook

My Mac is getting to be almost three years old. And when that happens, you get some slowdown. The OS X operating system is good, but sometimes it can lag a bit in old age. Here are some great tips from a Youtube video on how to speed up you Mac by doing a bunch of little things.
