Walking Stick DIY – How to Make a Walking Stick!

When the day comes that I get old enough to need a walking stick, I am going to make my own out of golf clubs so I can practice golf too.
But for those of you looking to make your own, take a look at this instructable that shows you how.
Of course, don’t forget that you don’t have to be an old man to need a walking stick, perhaps you can make one as a Christmas gift for your Grampa or Grama!
Here is a simple Hazel walker with a modified crook handle made of sapele wood. I have simplified construction of this project for people who have never made a stick. I dont suppose it will win any competitions but it looks lovely, is sturdy and unique.
