Food Hack – How to Make Bagels!

For those of you who want to learn how to make bagels at home, there IS a way. I guess homemade bagels can be quite good, even be better than what you buy at your local grocery store.
These Montreal style bagels are surprisingly easy to make and even though they aren’t quite as good as authentic Montreal bagels* they’re much better than grocery store bagels.
Simply sound like a lot of fun, I wonder if this is similar to making dougnuts, probably not.
