Segway on steroids

by David Allen on Friday, October 30th, 2009

There have been a lot of variations on the Segway recently but this one goes that extra mile by the looks of it, the machine appears to be a sort of crossover between a hovercraft and a Segway.
Personally I cannot imagine too many of these being driven around the streets yet they do look like nice bit of fun.

Features – Speed and braking are controlled through two levers located on the steering bar. A kill switch automatically deactivates the Air Board in case you unexpectedly jump off, and steering is accomplished by simply shifting your body weight (like a surfboard or skateboard). The gas capacity is 1.3 gallons, which is good for 1 hour of use. Ideal if seeking very unusual gifts or ideas for those with it all. Priced at $14,000!
