Getting out in the sun may be great, but it should be taken in small doses. However, how are we supposed to know the strength of the sun and how long we can reasonably stay out in it? It has always been a hit and miss affair and therefore we have been taking chance with being burnt. But now there is this device from Oregon, it works out everything for you, how easy is that?
