Colour therapy on DVD
For those believe that colours can have a positive effect on moods and general health then this could be what you are waiting for. It is a DVD that rotates through a series of colours that are said to be soothing, relaxing and put you in a better mood.
You have to wonder if something like would really work, but it is only priced at $25 so it has got to be worth a try anyhow. If you are feeling low and do not really want to visit the doc just yet, then maybe this is the answer.
