The umbrella that changes colour when wet

by David Allen on Tuesday, February 10th, 2009

It would seem to be a strange thing to have, but it is a bit like those T Shirts that change when you get hot, but in this case the umbrella has been painted with a special hydrochromatic ink, these will change colour when they get wet.

Therefore, if these inks are applied in certain patterns, then the covering of the umbrella will change colour when it is raining; naturally, this has been developed in the UK because for some reason it is always raining here. This ink could be applied to any fabric, which would be interesting!
