The Side Stage Monitor
This is great little device which easily be added to any PC or Laptop through the USB port that makes it simple to connect. The Side Stage is made by D Link and its seven inch display with 800 x 400 resolutions is good enough to use as an extension to the main screen.
It is probably not a great thing for surfing the net or running other applications such as word processing, but when it comes to IM and other small apps then this is ideal to keep these well away from the main screen.
