Is this really right?


Many people weigh themselves when they go to the bathroom, but when we say bathroom we really do bathroom, so why on earth would you want to be weighing yourselves while sitting on the loo?

However, clearly some people may like this idea, after you are always going to be lighter when you have finished. They say that the best time to weight yourself is in the morning before you eat and after visiting the bathroom, this way you can do all of this in one go.
