When words cannot explain
Having your arm in a sling is going to mean that everyone you see is going to ask you how that happened; it must get to the point where it seems that you are answering the same question over and over again.
However, with this new idea there is only a need to explain it at the hospital where they will kit you out with whatever sling best suits your situation, therefore meaning that no explanation will be needed, of course you could always make out that you were doing something more macho than you actually were. After all who is going to know to the truth, I like the scary dog one!
