This is the watch that gets given to someone who does not care about time anymore, the days of chasing the clock are over and who cares what the time is anyway.

There is no point in asking anyone who has one of these watches because they do not bother about the nine to five any more. Of course, this could be given to anyone who does not clock chase at all.
