Funny toilet tissue holders

Do not worry about those toilet roll holders, which are just a normal piece of plastic, these ones, are real eye openers, although it looks like they are only held on with those plastic suction cups, so with one large tug the whole thing could end up in your lap.
However, apart from these are really funny and could be used virtually anywhere as well, not just in the smallest room in the house. They only come in two designs a glue or toothpaste tube. All I want to know is how do you get the toilet tissue inside the tube.
