Here’s a cool DIY showing you how to make color-changing ambient LED lights. Mind you, you don’t have to make one, you can probably go to IKEA and buy one for a lot cheaper nowdays.

This instructable covers how to build, mount and control LED light bars to provide for full color ambient room lighting as well as “ambilight” style video effects.
