Although I hate to do it, I must admit I do flip off many drivers as some drivers in San Francisco just need to be flipped off.  (Hey, you can’t help it if you live in a metropolitan area.  It’s not my fault that the person driving in front of me almost killed me and drove me off the road by cutting me off!)

Now this Drivemocion can let you do that without even sticking your fingers outside.

The good part is that you can also do other emotions such as smiley faces, so it’s not all that bad.

I wonder if this device is legal though, it must be a real hazard for drivers on the highway.  Nonethless, if someone got me one of these, I know I will be using the middle finger at least couple times a week in the city.

Check out “The Cup”, a future computer that you can “pour” information into and “spill” presentations, holographic images, etc…etc…

Great concept but it will be around year 2015 before we get to see one.

They envision a cup that literally pours information in waves of holographic images for your daily consumption. Have a big creative meeting? Then spill your thoughts onto the conference table. Found a lot of racy pictures of your girlfriend on the internet? Then pour your finds all over her head and let her know your a just a little annoyed.

Here’s an interesting experiment where a Bat Goggles are used to allow the user to experience bat’s auditory cues.

Please do not wear these in hazardous environments or in traffic! These goggles are for educational purposes only and meant for controlled environments since they are intended to block your peripheral vision and regular vision so you are more reliant on auditory cues.

Since this is based on Arduino, you could easily add a Zigbee or blueSMIRF module to interfaces these with computers wirelessly. Future work might be adding a dial to adjust the sensitivity and adding a on/off switch.

Well, recently I had one of my clients that I host their e-mail system on my web server ask me if they can send more than 2MB for their e-mail attachments.

To do this on a Plesk system, you need to create a new file for the Q-mail.

Plesk defaults to 2MB for e-mail attachments.

Goto this directory:

/var/qmail/control

make a file called “databytes” and store the max number of bytes allowed.

For example, “4000000″ would be max 4MB attachments.
