Solar Powered Media Player!

by max on Saturday, May 31st, 2008

A Japanese company just launched a solar powered media player that can play your audio and video files.

The design looks somewhat big and clunky but we can’t complain as this is probably one of the ver first solar powered media devices out today.

Thanko, a Japanese company, released a new Solar Digital Audio Player. Our device is equipped with a 1.8’’ LCD screen (220×176), 4GB of Internal memory, a miniSD card slot (512MB-2GB), and a solar panel to charge your DAP. Of course it can also be charged via the USB port.

Our Solar DAP reads MP3/WMA/WAV audio files, and AVI/RM/VOB/DAT/RMVB video files.
