Remember the bike that can fly Google Earth?  Well, here’s something a little cooler, a hacked Wii surf board that surfs Google Earth!

Diese ist sehr gute! (Yeah, I took German in high school)

We’ve seen how one can cycle around the world virtually using a hacked bicycle connected to a computer, and some genius has apparently taken the same idea and applied it to a Wii Balance Board. This group of German students who obviously have some experience with Nintendo’s latest success managed to use the Wii Balance Board to navigate Google Earth. The turning sensation pretty much resembles FPS strafing, but this is still a cool hack nonetheless.
