Retired 64-year old Trying to set a World Record for the Highest Sky-Dive!

The 64-year old retired French army officer has gathered up $20 million in private funding and donations to set a world record for the highest sky-dive ever using a space-suit to protect him.

It’s a great feat I guess but I’d rather spend that money helping the homeless or the cancer society.

What will man-kind do to achieve stupid world records?

Perhaps this will set a whole wave of new type of sky-diving.

Well, I am being a little bitter but yes, but I do wish him luck and that experience of jumping from 25 miles off the ground is something to envy for sheezy.

Michel Fournier is about to make the greatest leap of his, and anyone else’s, life. On Sunday, the 64-year-old retired French army officer will fly almost 25 miles into the sky in a giant balloon, step out of a pressurized capsule and plunge headfirst towards the earth, soaring through the atmosphere for an estimated 15 minutes.
