Here’s a cool iPhone app that can turn your iPhone intoa Surveillance Device from LexTech. See video demos after the jump.
A company called Lextech has created an application that lets you control surveillance devices via your iPhone. As well as watching the action on the phone, the app also lets you control the cameras via its touchscreen. See the system in action in a couple of videos after the jump.

Is this really true?
I use my iPod to view recordings from my Video-server. Unfortunately, iPod does not support streaming media, it can only load files with fixed size. This means that you have to record the movie before you view it, and how fun is that in a surveillance system.
