I fought for two and a half months to get my phone sorted out... eventually had to go to the South African Communications Authority. <br><br>Virgin never returns phone calls or follows up on problems... their attitude was that you signed for a contract... not for a working contract.<br><br>Virgin in UK had the attitude that Virgin in SA was in no way related or connected to Virgin UK. They just let a strange entity use their logo and branding... oh, and they link them on the website... I wonder if O2 would let me do the same with their branding?<br><br>Take my money Virgin, cos on 31st March 2011 I will be making my last call with you!!!<br><br>Moral: Don't do business with a company called Virgin... they are truely virgin at customer service. Virgin never returns phone calls or follows up on problems… their attitude was that you signed for a contract… not for a working contract.
