The face on the case

It seems that computer users are looking at the actual case of their PC’s as well as what is in the case. There are a lot people who doing some great work on these cases and why not, there is a market for them and why shouldn’t some make some cash out of a booming business?

Of course we have to blame Apple for this trend, they brought the iMac etc which made people think that they did not have to just stick to the conventional way of thinking when it come to a simple concept like the case of a PC.

I like this idea. As someone who is geeky enough to have a MythTV digital video recorder (http://www.mythtv.org/) in my living room, I pay attention to the look of a computer case. If it's going to cost me more, I'd look for features such as sound dampening and an interior layout which is easy to work with. That being said, if they took care of the basics on the inside, I would go for some personality on the outside.
