The storage ring

Well this may look like something that would find on side of ship for helping someone who ahs fallen over board, but in reality these are storage devices.
You can see that there is a distinct advantage here with them being on the wall etc, but if you are putting fruit inside of them, then there are two things wrong with that, one is the fruit has to be all the same size and secondly what happens if a piece of fruit goes rotten?

In modern apartments where space is at a premium, there is a lot of wasted space in the middle of the rings. I doubt that, as a storage device for exclusively orb shaped things, this will be very popular!
