This is one of those tricks that looks as if this is a balancing trick with a full bottle of wine and a piece of chain, whereas the chain is rigid and will easily support a full bottle of wine.

Mine you it must not be confused with a wine pourer, as the precious fluid sort of tends to pour out over the table.
