De HOUWER van Dos DIY Linux - Grens HOWTO uw het maximum aantal verbindingen van TCP aan uw Server van het Web!
Ik heb het volgende geroepen boek gelezen, De Houweren van de Server van Linux, wat u vele manieren toont u uw server kunt binnendringen in een beveiligd computersysteem Linux zodat sterft uw server niet.
Dit werkt eigenlijk aangezien wij enkel een aanval van Dos ongeveer 5 minuten geleden hadden. (Het schijnt als wij deze dagen wordt more and more aanvallen van Dos. U kunt naar verwijzen DDOS laten leeglopen ook manuscript)
Hier is de HOUWER #47 die ik over vorige week in mijn badruimte heb gelezen van het boek en ik gebruikte het enkel om de aanvallers van Dos te verhinderen mijn kostbare quad-Cpu specifieke server te verlagen.
Ga de volgende bevelen in en u zult aantal verbindingen van TCP tot uw server aan 12 verbindingen per seconde beperken nadat 24 verbindingen zijn gezien. (Het betekent dat geen kwestie wat, uw server niet zal proberen om meer dan 12 bezoekers tijdens één seconde van periode te dienen wanneer uw server krijgt digged, farked, struikelde, of wat)
iptables - nationaal t - de syn-vloed van N
iptables - nationaal t - een syn-vloed - mgrens - grens12/s - gebarsten 24 - j TERUGKEER
iptables - nationaal t - een syn-vloed - jDALING
iptables - nationaal t - een PREROUTING - I $EXT_IFACE - D $DEST_IP - pTCP - syn - j syn-vloed
Ik denk u de waarden kunt gestadig verhogen als uw server meer kan behandelen. Maar het schijnt om onze serverlading van somethin 33.00' gebracht te hebben aan onder 1.0. Yey!
Als u een hakker bent, droevige dude. U gaat een weinig het hardere binnendringen in een beveiligd computersysteem Zedomax moeten proberen aangezien wij ook hakkers zijn.
P.S. You know what I try to do when I find out where the hackers are coming from, I do a DoS attack back on them. This usually pisses them off enough to DoS me more but I kinda enjoy the battle so bring it on! :p

Hi, any idea why Im getting this error message when I try your approach:
srv098:~$ iptables -t nat -A syn-flood -m limit -limit 12/s -limit-burst 24 -j RETURN
iptables v1.3.6: Unknown arg `limit’
Try `iptables -h’ or ‘iptables –help’ for more information.

Try this instead, my blog post looks like it won’t let you copy two dashes:
iptables -t nat -A syn-flood -m limit –limit 12/s –limit-burst 24 -j RETURN

Try entering the first line first:
iptables -t nat -N syn-flood
You have enter all the lines one at a time and it will work~
Let me know if you need more help.
I did the first one before the problematic one ofcourse. However, not Im getting:
srv098:~$ iptables -t nat -N syn-flood
iptables: Chain already exists
No matter what I do Im either getting:
iptables: Invalid argument
or
iptables: Chain already exists

I think when you reboot your server, this setting gets resetted. You can put it in a file somewhere so it starts when your server reboots, I forgot how to do this…
That is some crazy stuf and could be useful. I have yet to need such information though. knock on wood.
