How’s this for tape dispensing
This puts a new idea onto the words tape dispenser.

By using a mock up of a cassette tape all that is needed is for tape of some sorts to be placed into holder and you are in business.
This little idea looks pretty good too.

It’s the homerphone
It’s like a person who sees other people as hate figures, and yet as it turns out the homerphone is indeed what it says, the latest funny gadget from the home of the Simpson’s.

This phone would be the standard item, which is if it was not for Homer Simpson sitting in his favourite arm chair ready no doubt to watch the TV before falling asleep after a few beers.
This phone will brighten up your days because a when a call comes in it is Homer that calls out to you when the phone should be ringing.

DIY HACK - HOWTO make your GIANT Blue LED Alarm Clock!

Check out this cool GIANT Blue LED Alarm Clock you can make!
I started by buying the LEDs and the alarm clocks.
I cut the tops off of the LEDs and filed them so that they would be diffused. (pic)
Using a home made blade I cut out the segments after marking them out with a stencil. (pic 1, pic 2, pic 3)
A piece of copper pipe to cut out the circles. (pic)
Then marked out where to put the LEDs. (pic 1, pic 2)
I bent the leads and glued the LEDs down. (pic)
Soldered wires from the LEDs to the alarm clock circuit board. (pic 1, pic 2)
I had to spray paint the styrofoam black because the light was leaking from one segment to another. (pic 1, pic 2)
With my home made blade I cut out two layers of grocery bag and two layers of translucent film, the kind used for rapping easter baskets. (pic 1, pic 2)
Here you can see the wires going out to the buttons in the back, the alarm on/off switch, battery backup clip, piezo element, transformer and circuit board. (pic)

Human LCD in Korea by High School students
Good thing I can read Korean, it seems like this Human LCD is actually done by high school students from Jeju Island in Korea. Jeju Island is Korea’s Hawaii pretty much…it’s located between Korea and Japan.
Get this the BBQ Cooler
This just has to one of the best things around, not only is it a great cooler but it has a great BBQ grill too, things just do not get any better than this for a great day outdoors.

Mind you when this is full of ice and beer it must be pretty heavy. Although on a safety point when the cooking is over, then there is always the water from the melted ice to make sure that the fire is out, you have to be very careful when camping in the forest.

Google ring for popular people
For someone who is vain, this ring would be ideal. For it does not have any precious stones or any other value.

But what this will do is show people how popular your name is on Google! Yes your name returns how many results? Well mine is over 99,000,000, but then again I am just a popular guy and I have a common name, not quite sure which one is better!
Not much more info either on price or availability yet.

Wii DIY HACK - Wiimote Lego Tank Surveillance Robot
Click Here to View in Full Screen Mode
Cool nice little wiimote Robot…
This robot is composed of Legos and uses a handyboard as the control hardware. It has 4 wheel drive each controlled by a lego motor, and a pan tilt mount for directing light and the video camera. The Wii Remote talks to a MacBook Pro over bluetooth to modified DarwiinRemote software, and the computer in turn communicates with the robot over a serial port. This robot was designed for and used in a small scale demonstration of Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) as an assignment in Intro to Robotics at Carnegie Mellon University. Designed, built, and programmed by Andrew Hundt, Boris Lipchin, and Ned Fox at CMU.
The wicked pacifier
Now I am not to sure whether this is funny or just plain wicked. It looks funny, well frightening at first site, but could this really physiologically harm a young child with everyone laughing at him like that they are bound to do. Poor kid, I blame the parents!!

But if you think that this may make a nice baby present, then you can buy this from the store below.

Chair made from CD’s
Chairs come in all shapes and sizes these days, and this one is no exception at all. This is the chair that has been made from CD’s

If you had the frame I suppose that if would be possible to make this one yourself, however having looked at it, this chair must be extremely heavy, it you put a few CD’s together and try to them up, the weight is surprising, therefore the chair may not be as moveable as you think.
Unfortunately there are no price details etc.
