The scooter desk
This is a great little device can save a lot of trouble around crowded places like airports, with all those people hanging around with their laptops balanced on top of their luggage, now all they need to do is get one these guys and shuffle around like “Zoidberg” from the great Futurama.

Imagine what would happen if they bumped into each other or one fell over and knocked into some of the others.

The Designers Suggested uses:
Filling out forms at post offices/banks
Self banking
‘laptopping’ at the wifi-spot in the airport lounge
Flipping through a book in the library
As laptop desks in hotel rooms
As touch down stations for guards in museums or shops
Reading magazines in waiting rooms
At (adult) schools for outside lectures and mini auditoriums
Outdoor sketching in the park or zoo
Hostess checking in passengers at the airport
Doctor doing his rounds in the hospital
Can’t wait to see these around! No prices details as of yet.

Use wind power to charge gadgets
First we had solar power, but now wind power is better. This universal charger will charge up most small battery powered devices. It can also store power for when it is needed, which is really cool.

This is great for people who use their bikes as it can be fixed to handle bar and charge your phone or pda up while you are cycling home or to work, great!

CouchTycoon.net - Private Beta Testing - we got some free invitations!

CouchTycoon is like Monopoly game in real life. (it seems like) The founder has given me an invitation key to give out more invitations. If anyone wants one, let me know!
Additionaly Mr. Idle wants to make starting a company as easy as writing an e-mail. Every one knows the e-mails from a friend containing a business-flash written in some sentences, replied with a comment, re-replied with an other addendum, etc… On that basis starting a venture should become possible. That´s why he decided to use simple blogs as projectspaces, where entrepreneurs can describe their venture in a few sentences that can be added with comments by friends and can grow to a financed venture in such a collaborative way.
CircuitScout - Your circuit diagram search engine

Cool, check out CircuitScout next time you are trying to find that circuit for your next project. I looked up “Alarm System” and got some pretty decent results. (Much better than google for circuits) Thanks Jerry for the tip!
DIY Photography - Make Money with PhotoShelter or just browse for some nice photos

Check out PhotoShelter where you can buy or make some money with your photographs. It looks like it’s got much better photos than most stock photo sites I’ve seen so far.
They even have a blog!
PhotoShelter™ was founded in 2005 by IT Professionals and Photographers who were looking to create a truly archival storage solution, while empowering the individual photographer.
Easy pasta twirling
Life is far too hard to be worrying about twirling pasta around fork.

Luckily there is a simple and what maybe a simple solution. Although sitting next to someone using this may be a little risky, as you are likely to get covered in sauce, or pasta, in fact probably both.
This device requires two AAA batteries and is ok to go into the dishwasher too.
Priced at $27 works out expensive if you are planning a nice family get together.

Wallpaper cracks you up
Some wall coverings can literally drive you mad.

This light emitting wall covering gives a new style to lighting and design by creating a pattern of light across the wall, changing the look of the wall and the entire room in the process.

I doubt very much if this will be seen in the stores yet, but I can imagine there being some sort of similar product or add on becoming available at a price!

Cross MP3

Faithful? Get the Cross MP3.
Make no mistake, this isn’t the first time a religious symbol has been integrated into a digital audio player, but unlike the iBelieve, this thing is actually, you know, real. Destined to be sold in bulk quantities to youth groups everywhere, the Cross MP3 Player is hardly designed by coincidence, and comes with 4GB of internal memory, a two-color LCD, built-in speaker, FM tuner, integrated mic, seven equalizer modes and a multi-language menu for those overseas mission trips. Fightin’ the good fight will only cost you $48.14, but you can whittle that down even more by purchasing these things by the hundreds.
