DIY keyboard

Posted in Computer, Consumer, Cool, Funny by david on the October 22nd, 2007 at 8:00 am

This is a great idea, designed and built in Japan, the DIY keyboard is something that appeals to a certain person. Some one who is slightly green and obviously into wood. The keyboard looks ok, but I am wondering what it sounds like when you hit the keys?

Another great thing about this keyboard is that you can place the keys in any order that you would prefer, like QWERTY or DVORAK, whatever is easier for you.

Being made from wood is ok. But this key board is not cheap you can expect to pay out anything up to $200.

It looks cool, but wood requires so much maintenance…I would use this for a display only.

Is it just me or do the wooden keys look like Scrabble pieces?
