The PIX Visual LED
This device can show the world, ok the area around you what sort of mood you are in, the device is fitted with a small 177 LED and has a software tool which helps to change the visual image that is being displayed,
Features:
Other users’ ID transmitted can be searched on the PIX community Website.
‘Match icon comparison’ functions can only be used when already input pictures (match icons) in which their meanings and usages have been agreed upon are downloaded on PIX.
If the user tries infrared-ray communication with other users, 2 functions (ID wireless transmission and match icon comparison) are carried out at the same time.
Priced at around $39.

Neat idea but what I’d like to see is a version you could plug in to your computer for alerts. Imagine this thing dancing when a special person signs in to their IM service or blinking a lightning bolt when a thunderstorm warning was issued for your area, etc. I’d buy that for $39.

I bought an LED Betabrite sign so that i could hang it in the back of my car to tell people behind me things (Mostly bad things, haha)…. it seems like this would work for the same purpose too
