Slowly but surely the Smart Media and Compact Flash formats are dying off. Memory stick has never achieved much outside of Sony. I predict that in a few more years we won’t need readers with so many formats.

yeah.. but how many people still use them becuase of the small size and reusability… unlike with the cds… and wouldnt it be cool to one day be able to go to the rental store and just rent a movie off one of a flash stick???
