Shredding documents is safe right?
Unfortunately if you believe the claims of some German research studies, they believe that they have developed a program that can actually fix, shredded documents, oh yes that is what they are claiming.
Basically the software can put together the text that from the original documents, to most of us it is a frightening prospect, however if we look at it from another point of view, when there are investigations into crime or governments that are overthrown, it would appear that shredding all those files would be enough. Maybe they will need a large furnace too.

Well with our house’s small shredder I take the shreddings and divide them into multiple trash cans. It probably is silly and pointless, but I feel better about it.

I worked for a county government that shredded and then used a special machine to pulp the shredded material. It was awesome. It took forever. Fortunately, somebody threw out a bunch of Playboys and we DIDN’T shred those, so we had something to read while we waited.

Yes, definitely save the playboys. I wonder if they can put together a shredded playboy?
