I am not sure what kind of features you get for installing this Jailbreak OS but does seem like a fun thing to do if you have couple iPhones laying around.
Conceited Software has just released an updated version of “TouchFree” GUI based to Jailbreak the latest iPhone firmware v1.1.2 and now works on Windows as well as both Mac (though Intel-based only).
However, the catch here is that for it to work you need to first run OktoPrep on iPhone v1.1.1 and then upgrade to 1.1.2. The entire JailBreaking process takes approximatley 10 minutes and as per Erica Sudan retrieves data off your iPhone or iPod Touch, upgrades it with the JailBreak, also installs the cool Installer.app and SSH.app and reloads it back to your iPhone or iPod Touch.
So for it to work you will first need to have your iPhone or iPod Touch running on firmware v1.1.1 and Jailbroken with Installer.app installed so that you can install OktoPrep which is available via the Installer App.
iPhone HACK - iPhone Voice Recorder

Check out this cool home brewed iPhone Voice Recorder. Tight.
My iPhone broke. The screen just died a slow death, getting brighter and brighter and then very hot and then…nothing…over the course of a morning. With no phone to play with this morning, I did a lot of thinking and hunting through iPhone foundation files instead. And I seemed to find quite a lot of interesting calls in the Celestial framework, specifically the AVRecorder class.
iPhone HACK - iPhone Serial Port Access

Cool, there’s a way to access the iPhone bootloader via a home-brewed serial port access!
Check out how to make a serial port connector here and list of commands to use here.
Check out some of the cool commands:
command list: help this list script run script at specific address go jump directly to address bootx boot a kernel cache at specified address diags boot into diagnostics (if present) tsys boot into tsys (if present) bdev block device commands image flash image inspection fs file system commands fsboot try to boot kernel at /kernelcache devicetree create a device tree from the specified address ramdisk create a ramdisk from the specified address tftp tftp via ethernet to/from device eload tftp via ethernet from hardcoded install server halt halt the system (good for JTAG)
iPhone Hack - “Hack an iPhone” - iPhoneInterface Tool is Out!!

Here’s a cool iPhoneInterface Tool for hacking your iPhone!!!
This tool will help you do the following stuff:
- Run any desired application already residing on the phone.
- Control what processes run on the phone (currently implementation is very hackish)
- Move files around on the phone
- Enable viewing of verbose information during the restore process
- Activate the phone without iTunes and without a token

iPhone hack warning from IBM
Here’s a warning that’s been going around for the iPhone. My advice? Just wait until the real “version 2″ comes out. Anything new, all the early adopters WILL be the beta-testers, really….
On the side note, yes, we have been trying to get one number one for “hack iphone” for no apparent reason but simple we are bored and want to play with the “Algorithm”.
Oh yeah, i guess there’s IS a way to make the iPhone be hacked to work in New Zealand. Great news for New Zealanders….(I am sure they are all good golfers…with all those nice golf courses you know…i am joulous….)
ISS hasn’t yet got its hands on an iPhone but suggests the lack of a software developer’s kit means Apple can limit both third-party software and potential attacks, making it a lot harder for hackers and malware writers to take advantage of it.
“They’re not telling anyone how to write applications that run on the iPhone,” added Mehta. “It’s going to be much harder to write worms or viruses for that platform. Most malware written today for mobile platforms has been developed using software developer kits from the manufacturers. The lack of that on the iPhone will make it harder for people to develop malware for it.”

Yes, this hacks been around for awhile like an old whor*. Anyways, check out the Window iPhone hack if you refuse to get an iPhone for some odd reason or you just can’t afford one. Well, this hack doesn’t really implement all the cool touch features of a real iPhone but at least you can be a wannabe for sure. :p
Today I’ll highlight a couple of methods for skinning your Windows Mobile phone to look and feel like an iPhone.* Hit the jump to see some videos of the Windows Mobile iPhones in action and to find out how to achieve the same results.
* NOTE: No, no matter what you do, it still won’t be an iPhone, and I agree, you shouldn’t try to make an orange into an Apple (har har). But some of the iPhone’s features as implemented using the methods described below are, frankly, either better or more intuitive than the Windows Mobile default, and I’m thrilled to bring even an ounce of that usability to my smartphone.
