don’t need no stinkin’ sensor bar
Yes sensor bar is simply an array of IR Leds, really easy to make but the real sensor probably communicated using bluetooth or rf with some commands of some sort. Let’s see what the future has for hacking the wii!
Yes, we don’t need a stinkin’ sensor bar, we need a complete analysis of the communication protocol of the wireless wii controller!
Google 15 - Chart your weight
Yes, here’s a way you can chart your weight and see how much you way over the long term. How pointless yet useful is this? Well, if you are overweight, this is very useful… If you are fit, it’s still useful because you can find out how your workouts at the local gym is affecting your weight in the long term. Well, personally I don’t really workout that much, but I’d say whenever I work out, I lose about 5 lbs. in one day. I can also gain 5 lbs. in one day. How the water effect has on your body weight is a very good study of your weight and controlling your health…
This website is due to the fact that people who start working at Google gain about 15 lbs. due to the great food they have, kinda pointless but is useful…
More Zedomax Party Video - Wii Golf
Here’s a little preview of Wii Golf. My friends waited about 3 hours at Target to get the new Wii, so don’t complain about the resolution. At the Zedomax Wii and PS3 party, we were able to experience all of it. And yes, you will get to do that too, once you get hands on one… You can’t top this golf game since the motion sensing controller comes with the wii…
Video - PS3 6 Axis Controller
Click Here to View in Full Screen Mode
So my friends waited 30 hours at the SF Sony Metreon to get this PS3. Well the good news is that we got our hands on one and checked it out. It seems like the new 6 Axis controller looks exactly like a PS2 controller, except it’s wireless. Well, let the party keep rollin’ ! We made some custom long island ice teas and relaxed while playing some Wii and PS3… Well, at the next party, we will let you know so you can reserve a seat.
Wii Bluetooth Motion Controller
So we waited in Target to get this Nintendo Wii, check out the video of the new Wii wireless bluetooth controller that probably has an accelerometer chip in it to sense motion of the users…
At the Zedomax party this weekend, we were able to check out the PS3 in person, which was cool since we didn’t have to wait 30 hours like our friends, who did wait 30 hours at the Sony Metreon in SF to get us the PS3…
Let the party keep rollin’
DIY WII Hack - HOWTO Make your own wireless Wii sensor bar!
Here’s a cool Nintend Wii hack that the author makes a Wii sensor bar. Basically, it allows you to navigate menus and browse through the WII using the homemade so called “stick”. This is great for WII users who have any instances where they bash their wireless bluetooth controlled controllers while playing some boxing or just letting their controller go for some reason.
Yes, I believe there WILL BE a lot of demolished WII controllers coming soon…
Anyway, I think this is a great hack made in a short period of time.
Tow Motorcycle
Check out the tow motorcycle:
What you’re looking at here is a Honda Goldwing motorcycle with a special attachment you’re not going to find as an option at any dealership. The Towcycle (probably not its actual name) is capable of a very impressive transformation that would make any Autobot proud. A large mechanism on the back of the bike unfolds via a series of pistons and motors to reveal a trailer that can actually be used to tow cars.
Now keep in mind the Towcycle is probably no where near as versatile as an actual tow-truck but apparently they’ve been used in the UK at least where narrow roads can occasionally cause problems for full sized trucks. And while the trailer has its own braking system that is linked to the motorcycle’s brakes the Towcycle can only haul (and safely stop) cars of a certain weight or size.
Buffalo’s WLI-U2-G144N does 802.11n over USB 2.0

Buffalo’s new USB device seems very hopeful with the 3 antennas sticking out. This should
definitely help anyone get a better range on their PCs or Laptops.
I have tried 2 USB wifi devices for a PC, which never worked right. I had to eventually install
PCI wifis for them. I think USB wifi technology is still unstable as far as my experience can
tell.
Engadget tells us there’s no real word on the pricing, but seems very hopeful, not that I’d
ever use a USB wifi again. People need to connect on the first try…
CBS Is Pretty *#&$in Excited About YouTube
Yes, I think YouTube and Google will eventually provide TV services much greater than local TV cable such as Comcast or satellites. Time will tell how successful YouTube is but one thing we know, they have been bought by the biggest internet giant Google and there’s no saying in how the future will be like. We hope that they are able to bring us more high resolution videos than 320 by 240 pixels, which is really crappy to say the least. There is only one future for YouTube and Google marriage, a high-resolution video similar to TV.
Yes, it’s true that CBS is excited and they should be. We, the people at Zedomax, do predict that another dot-com boom is about to come very soon, in the form of videos, audio, and most importantly, hopefully, blogs and wikis!
Just a little over a month after a partnership was announced that puts CBS content on YouTube legally, CBS Interactive President Quincy Smith is beside himself with praise for their new partner. In a press release today, YouTube says that CBS content has been viewed 29.2 million times since October 18, which is an average of 857,000 views per day. Here’s an example of a clip.
