HoloTouch has some cool futuristic touch interfaces that require no touch.

I only see the one image of it, which looks mocked up…call me skeptical. However they are selling some very standard Sharp infrared rangers on their site, which leads me to believe this is a static hologram combined with an IR sensor for each image area. This means the image could not react to external input.
